The world has changed
Leadership is evolving. Are you ready?
Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way we work, lead and connect. The leaders of tomorrow will not succeed through technology alone. They will succeed by combining innovation with emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and meaningful human connection.
The Conscious Women Summit was created to bring together today’s leaders and the next generation—to learn, collaborate and shape the future together.
Because the future belongs to those who choose to lead it.
WHY THE CONSCIOUS WOMEN SUMMIT?
More than a conference. A platform for the future.
The Conscious Women Summit brings together visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, innovators, investors and the next generation to explore what leadership looks like in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
Designed as an international platform, the Summit creates a unique space where knowledge, innovation and meaningful human connection come together to inspire new ideas, new collaborations and lasting impact.
What to expect
Whether you are building a business, leading an organisation, growing your career or preparing for the future, the Conscious Women Summit is designed to help you stay connected, inspired and one step ahead.
One day. Unlimited opportunities. Endless inspiration.
Our story
From Hungary to an International Vision
The Conscious Women Summit is built on a journey that began in Hungary. Over the past five editions, our events have brought together more than 580 entrepreneurs, executives, experts, role models and future leaders to learn, connect and inspire one another.
What started as a national initiative has grown into an international vision. Today, the Conscious Women Summit is the next chapter, bringing together global perspectives, meaningful conversations and a shared commitment to shaping the future of leadership.
Budapest is where our story continues. And where the next chapter begins.
Our vision
Shaping the Future of Leadership
We envision a future where leadership is driven by purpose, resilience and human connection. A future where experienced leaders and the next generation learn from one another. Where innovation and Artificial Intelligence support human potential.
Where meaningful relationships create opportunities that cross industries, generations and borders.
Starting in Budapest, our vision is to build one of Europe’s leading international leadership platforms—connecting visionary people, inspiring ideas and creating lasting impact around the world.
Our mission
Inspiring Leaders.
Connecting Generations. Creating Impact.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
“I believe the future belongs to the generations who choose to learn from one another rather than grow apart. The Conscious Women Summit was created to bring visionary leaders, innovators and the next generation onto one platform—where technology and human connection exist side by side. Because the future will not be built by Artificial Intelligence alone. It will be built by people who choose to lead with purpose, courage and humanity.”
